Services Provided
Smartudyog provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to landing page optimization, Meta advertising management, WhatsApp automation setups, and sales funnel development.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure the successful implementation of our systems, you agree to provide timely access to necessary assets (such as Meta Business Manager access, branding materials, and product details). Delays in providing this information may affect project timelines.
Payments and Billing
All payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay). Services will commence only upon successful receipt of the agreed-upon fees.
Limitation of Liability & Earnings Disclaimer
While we build high-converting funnels and data-driven ad campaigns, Smartudyog does not guarantee specific financial results, lead volumes, or return on investment (ROI). Business growth depends on various market factors beyond our control. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Crucial for Razorpay)
Razorpay requires a strict and clearly defined refund policy to process payments.
Digital Products and Consulting
Due to the digital nature of our action plans, consultations, and custom system builds, all sales are final. Once an action plan is delivered or a system setup has commenced, we do not offer refunds.
Service Cancellations
If you have subscribed to an ongoing monthly retainer for Meta advertising or lead nurturing, you may cancel your services with a [e.g., 15-day] written notice prior to your next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the current active month.
Exceptions
In the rare event of a duplicate payment or a technical billing error on our end, a full refund for the duplicated amount will be initiated within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
